Due to the fact that we are a non-profit, open-source website and the limited amount of human resources we have; we are required to collect a small fee for our services.

  • Custom Code Modification
  • Configuration Settings (We configure the osTicket settings to work like you want it to. Attachment directory, automatic emails, etc...)
  • Custom Theme

    • We can discuss these and other services if you contact us. All prices are negotiable. We are happy to hear from you.
